Screen printing

Screen printing is a printing technique in which paint is transferred to the surface using a sieve. The sieve is made of a material with an appropriate mesh density that forms a pattern or picture. Before printing, the pattern is transmitted to the sieve using an appropriate technique, such as photocopying or light exposure.

During printing, the paint is applied to the upper surface of the sieve and then wiped with a rubber rakel, passing through the sieve stitches and moving to the ground. In places where the sieve stitches are permeable to the paint, the image is reflected on the ground, creating a final printout. It is possible to use many colors, with each color requiring a separate sieve.

Screen printing is the technique most often used for printing on various materials, such as fabrics, paper, wood, ceramics, metal, and plastic. This technique is widely used in the advertising, clothing, packaging, and artistic industries due to its versatility and ability to print on various surfaces.

All prints made using screen printing are clear, contrasting, and highly saturated with color. They also have high resistance to damage, moisture, and UV radiation.

A technique suitable for advertising leashes, wristbands, t-shirts, and printed bags.
