Technique used in printing, known as sublimation printing. This process involves transforming sublimation dyes into a gas form, and then penetrates the structure of the polyester material under the pressure of the press. When the gas cools, it turns back into a solid, remaining permanently on the surface of the material.

This technique has many advantages. First, it allows you to create expressive, full-color, and high-quality images because this printing dyes penetrate deep into the fabric. Technique allows you to print graphics on a variety of surfaces: sportswear, banners, t-shirts, mugs, leashes, armbands, etc.

After all, this kind of printing is resistant to abrasion and fading, thanks to which the prints are durable and resistant to external factors.

How is the process going?

This process is very fascinating. It involves the transfer of a sublimation dye from printing to the surface using specialized equipment and heating. The printout in the form of an image or pattern is first made on a special medium called transfer paper using a sublimation printer. Then the transfer paper is placed on the surface of the material and subjected to heat and pressure, which causes sublimation of the dye and transfers it to the material.

This technique is widely used wherever durable and high-quality prints are required. It is worth noting that this is odorless and ecological printing.
