Computer embroidery

Computer embroidery is the technique of decorating fabrics using a computer-controlled embroidery machine. This process involves creating a pattern using needles that penetrate the fabric and create convex, durable, and aesthetic embroidery.

It all starts with preparing a pattern on your computer. The pattern can be created from scratch or imported from the finished graphic file. Then, the embroidery machine is programmed using specialized software that provides instructions on needle movement, thread colors, and other embroidery parameters.

It is worth noting that advanced computer embroidery machines have as many as 10 needles to allow you to make 1,000 stitches per minute. After preparation, the embroidery machine places the fabric on a special arm or in the help mechanism and begins the embroidery process. The needles on the machine move up and down, penetrating the fabric and creating a pattern.

The machine automatically changes thread colors according to the program, which allows you to create multicolored embroidery.

Computer embroidery is precise and allows you to create complex designs and details. It is widely used in the clothing, textile, advertising, and decorative industries to decorate clothes, hats, towels, bedding, emblems, patches, and many other products. This type of embroidery gives durable and aesthetic decorating effects that are resistant to washing and use.

Computer printing techniques are suitable for printed t-shirts, printed sweatshirts, jackets and pants, and printed hats.
