DTF Digital Printing
To perform DTF digital printing, you first prepare a pattern or graphics on your computer. Then, a special digital printer with DTF film loaded applies paint to the foil, creating a printed pattern. The paint that is in a paste state is applied to the foil using a print head.
After printing on DTF foil, the foil is transferred to the surface of the material. This process involves placing a DTF film with a printed pattern on the material and transferring the pattern by applying heat and pressure. This can be achieved by a special printing press or pattern transfer device.
DTF printing is used for printing on various materials, such as fabrics, t-shirts, hats, bags, and even items of irregular shape. This technique allows you to print full-color and detailed designs, as well as create effects such as texture or glitter.
DTF is popular because of its flexibility, high print quality, and ability to work on both light and dark materials.
